§ 167-1. Adoption of State Building Code.

The State of Connecticut Building Code is adopted as the Building Code of the Town of Hebron in accordance with General Statutes Chapter 541, § 29-253, as amended, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Connecticut Basic Building Code are hereby referred to as adopted and made part hereof as if previously set out in this chapter.
