§ 160-6. Penalties for offenses.

Failure of any organization to file the required permit application, PIN registration or financial return shall be in violation of this chapter. Any organization violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 and revocation of permit or PIN.
