§ 160-1. Bingo authorized.

Bingo shall be legal in the Town of Hebron in accordance with the Connecticut state statutes governing such games, including without limitation Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 7-169 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time. In accordance with Public Act 17-231, effective January 1, 2018, the Town will be responsible for the permitting and enforcement of all bingo games. In addition, the Town will be responsible for receiving and monitoring the post-event reporting by the organization.
