§ 14-10. Authority; establishment; purpose.

In accordance with General Statutes Chapter 446K, § 22a-458, as amended, a Water Pollution Control Authority shall be established to undertake and complete any action necessary to comply with Abatement Order No. 2279, dated May 16, 1978, of the Commission of Environmental Protection.
